Haus Bergheim in St. Andrä lies above Brixen in the Eisack valley. From here you have a wonderful view of the valley and of the surrounding mountains, the Dolomites and the Alps. This is the ideal location for exploring the Eisack valley – the ski and hillwalking resort Plose and the city of Brixen are both just a few minutes away.
Whether you come with public transport or your own car, Haus Bergheim is easy to find. Have a safe trip!
Arrival by auto
Coming from the North: Autobahn-Exit A22 Brixen North/Pustertal, turn right towards Brixen. Proceed through Vahrn and Brixen, then turn left at the 5th roundabout (follow signpost Plose / St. Andrä, about 8 km). Just before the village centre, after the curve you’ll see Haus Bergheim lying on your left.
Coming from the South: Autobahn-Exit A22 Klausen/Gröden, turn towards Brixen (at the roundabout turn left, at the crossroads on the main road turn right). After entering Brixen by the 2nd roundabout (Vittorio-Veneto-Straße / Mozartallee) turn right, follow the signs to Plose / St. Andrä, about 8 km). Just before the village centre, after the curve you’ll see Haus Bergheim lying on your left.
Arrival by rail
A range of intercity and EC trains stop at Brixen train station, which is approximately 8 km away from St. Andrä. The bus to St Andra leaves at hourly intervals and stops directly in front of Haus Bergheim.
