Our newly refurbished self-catering accommodation sleeping up to six people gives you the freedom to explore the surrounding area. You will want for nothing in our fully furnished rooms : free unlimited WiFi access, a great bus service including skibus to the Plose and the local bus down to the city, both of which are free of charge.
Relax in our Spa area with it’s numerous saunas including a small outdoor swimming pool. Leave the bustle of the City behind; relax at the poolside on a sunlounger; or enjoy our playarea and games room.

This family apartment is home away from home. It has a spacious open-plan living/dining room and a fully-fitted kitchen. Have a restful night in the bedroom fitted with a double bed and the childrens bedroom fitted with a bunk bed. There are two balconies from where to enjoy the sun or the spectacular views.

Shuttle service and transport
If you would prefer to use public transport there is a bus stop at the doorstep. Skibus to the Plose ski resort cablecar takes 3 minutes.
Wellbeing facilities
Guests staying in any of the apartments at Haus Bergheim enjoy free access to our Spa. The various Saunas can be used by all of our guests over the age of 14. As if that wasn’t enough, you also have free access to the indoor swimming pool and 100 m² Spa area at Hotel Torgglerhof (just a few minutes walk from Haus Bergheim).

The local supermarket stocks whatever you need for breakfast.

If coming by car there is one free parking space for each apartment.

Price conditions
The prices quoted are for 2 persons with a minimum stay of 4 days. We would be pleased to send you an individual offer!
1-2 extra beds are possible in the apartments. Price 8,00 € – 20,00 €.
In the summer months the minimum stay is 7 days. (We prefer Saturday as arrival and departure day).
We are obliged to collect a municipal residence tax (visitor’s tax) of 1,55 € per person and night for all persons 14 years and older.
Features
Our self catering apartments are fully furnished and have everything you need to make your holiday as homely as possible. As well as a fully-fitted and equipped kitchen and bathroom, we also provide you with bedlinen and towels. These can be changed free of charge.
Pets
Pets allowed by prior arrangement.
Deposit
There is a 10% booking fee.
Cancellation charges (gemäß Art. 1382 ZGB)
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):
- There will be no cancellation charge if you cancel your holiday more than 3 months prior to your arrival date.
- If you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will withhold the cost of 3 days of the full cost.
- If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival we will withhold 90% of the full cost.
- By late arrivals or early departures we will invoice 90% of the daily cost for each day booked that is not used.
